Tenancy Agreement Consultation
We are updating our tenancy agreement, and we want to encourage everyone who lives in a Mid Devon Housing property, that holds a secure of introductory tenancy to share their views on the proposed changes.
The tenancy agreement is a contract between each tenant and the Council, and sets out the roles and responsibilities of both tenant and landlord. The document was last updated in 2016, so it’s important we make sure we bring it up to date and that it reflects the current and future needs of our service.
We understand your time is valuable, if you don’t have time to read the entire tenancy agreement, we have made a changes at a glance document. All documents related to this consultation can be found on the right hand side of this page.
