Our Service Standards for 2024-2029 is now open for consultation from 1st October - 1st November 2024. Our Service Standards cover all aspects of our housing service and inform you of what you can expect from us as a tenant or leaseholder. They are divided into the following four areas:

• Safety and Quality Standard
• Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard
• Neighbourhood and Community Standard
• Tenancy Standard
