Every year we publish an Annual Report for tenants, which explains how we’re performing as your landlord, what we’ve achieved over the past year, and where we need to improve. This report is about you and your homes, and we want tenants to help shape what it looks like and what it includes.


Why are we asking?

We know tenants care about different things, from repairs and damp and mould, to neighbourhood services, complaints, and how money is spent. Rather than guessing what matters most, we want to hear directly from you so the Annual Report is:

  • Clear and easy to understand
  • Focused on the issues tenants care about most
  • Honest about what’s working well and what needs to improve
  • Clear about how tenant feedback has influenced decisions (our “You said, we did” approach)


What can you tell us?

By taking part, you can help us decide:
  • What topics should be included in the Annual Report
  • How information should be presented (for example short summaries, visuals, or real-life examples)
  • How detailed the report should be
  • How we can make it more useful and accessible for tenants
