TENANT OF THE YEAR 2025!
Do you know someone who is a Mid Devon Housing resident that makes a real difference? Whether they go the extra mile for neighbours, keep their home and garden looking great, or bring the community together, we want to hear about them! Nominations close on the 12th December 2025.
Nominate your neighbour, friend, or family member using the form below, and they could be in the chance to WIN a £100 voucher!
Terms and conditions:
Eligibility:
This award is open to all tenants of Mid Devon Housing
Nominees must not be in serious breach of their tenancy agreement (e.g. ongoing anti-social behaviour, significant rent arrears without an agreed payment plan)
Staff members or their immediate family members are not eligible to be nominated
Nominations:
Nominations can be submitted by fellow tenants, staff or community partners
Each nomination must include their nominees details, and a brief explanation as to why they deserve the award
Nominations must be received by the published deadline. Late entries will not be considered.
Judging criteria:
Nominees will be assessed based on:
Contribution to the local community or neighbourhood
Acts of kindness, support or volunteering.
Efforts to improve their local areas, including communal areas or promoting sustainability
Positive attitude and role modelling.
Selection process:
The panel of judges will review all eligible nominations
The panels decision is final
Shortlisted nominees may be contacted for further information or consent to share their story
Award and recognition:
The winner will receive a certificate and a £100 Love2Shop voucher
The winner may be featured in newsletters, social media or community events
Consent will be sought before any personal stories or images are published
Data protection:
All personal data submitted will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
