Fuel Poverty 

Fuel poverty, where people’s heating bill is unaffordable because of their income, is a key factor in the rates of black mould. If you are comfortable providing the information below, we can assess whether you might be affected by fuel poverty, and provide some support or advice if needed.

Do you know what your rights are if you have received a service from the Repairs Team and are not satisfied with the outcome?

Did you know? 

If you have requested a service and are unhappy with the outcome, you can contact us by phone, in writing or by email to request a review or complaint. A stage 1 complaint will be investigated by the Complaints Officer, who is independent of the Repairs Team. If you are still not satisfied you can escalate this to a Stage 2 Complaint, which will be investigated by a Group Manager. After this, you have the option of escalating to the Housing Ombudsman Service, who can even order landlords to pay compensation if they find a failure.
