Damp & mould survey
We have two surveys available for tenants of Mid Devon Housing. We have separate surveys for those suffering with damp and mould and those that are not. Please select the correct link that applies to you below:
Taking our damp and mould survey helps us improve our approach to tackling the issue. Tenants are at the heart of what we do and an important factor in understanding and managing damp and mould prevalence in homes. Your responses to this survey helps to improve our communication and understanding of tenants needs when it comes to damp and mould.
Is the affordability of heating leading to damp and mould?
Fuel poverty, where people’s heating bill is unaffordable because of their income, is a key factor in the rates of black mould. If you are comfortable, the survey asks you for some details so that we can assess whether you might be affected by fuel poverty, and provide some support or advice if needed. You can skip these questions if you wish.
From myth busters to combating damp and mould, we have a series of videos offering guidance to tenants. You can watch these here: Damp and Mould - MIDDEVON.GOV.UK
