As part of our ongoing work around teen access to our gyms, we'd appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to complete the short anonymous survey below.


The survey contains just three main questions and is designed to help us understand current levels of knowledge and identify any common themes across our Reception and Fitness teams.


The feedback will be used to ensure we provide the right information, guidance and training where needed, and that our messaging is clear and consistent for both staff and customers.


This is not a test and it's certainly not about catching anyone out. We know that procedures, rules and expectations can sometimes be interpreted differently, and we're keen to understand where we can better support teams with information and training.
